How do I contact Dokterswacht?
Dokterswacht is only there for emergencies in the evening, night, weekend or on public holidays.
It is urgent if:
– your complaints have arisen suddenly
– your symptoms get worse quickly
– the pain or tightness is unbearable

You can also chat with us: on Fridays from 17:00-20:00 and on weekends from 9:00-20:00.

The employee you chat with is medically trained to remotely assess whether (and how quickly) a GP should examine you for the General Practitioner. The triage nurse always works together with a general practitioner.
Please note! Are you pregnant or do you have a question about a child under 3 months? Call us on 0 850 820 820. You can also call us immediately in case of emergency. In life-threatening situations, always call 112.

Dokterswacht is open when your own GP practice is closed. That is during the evening, night, weekends and holidays.
We are only there for emergencies; when you need urgent care.
