Client council
The client council puts forward the wishes, opinions and ideas of patients. So they are there for you!
Who makes up the client council?
The client council consists of five independent people. So none of them work at Dokterswacht. The client council has the task of advising the Board of Directors of Dokterszorg Friesland .
These are the members (from left to right):

- Alie Woudstra-Kuipers, vice-chairman
- Andries Kroese, chairman
What do they do?
The council gives solicited and unsolicited advice on all kinds of plans of Dokterszorg Friesland, including in the field of Dokterswacht. The members look closely at how these plans affect the residents of the province of Friesland. They think it is important that a patient receives good care and clear information. A patient should also feel as comfortable as possible.
For example, they think about questions such as: have you been spoken to in a friendly way? Is the signage clear? Was it easy to reach Dokterswacht (via the website, chat app or by phone)? Did you get clear information from the doctor? Was the hygiene in the waiting room good?
What don’t they do?
The council is there for the common interest of all patients. So it is not about the situation of one patient. Do you have a personal complaint? Share your experience here.
What can you do for the client council?
The council would very much like to hear your opinion and suggestions about emergency GP care and the GP emergency stations. Together with you, we can make care and services even better. What do you think is good and what could be improved? Send them your opinions and ideas. Your name and contact details are only needed if you want to receive a response from them.
